About Us
Who are we?

FUR/HELP is an EU-based non-profit initiative that benefits LGBTQIA+ asylum seekers and refugees from the post-soviet areas, as well as American transgender people in danger. Founded in November 2022 by a human rights activist and Twitch streamer YukiDeer, FUR/HELP emerged from the urgent need to support those fleeing violence, discrimination, and death threats in their home countries simply for being who they are.
We envision a future where no one must choose between authenticity and safety, as help has no borders.
We have helped more than 20 people escape persecution, torture and inhumane treatment, as well as settle in the third countries, while they wait for a way to apply for asylum.
Our Values, Vision and Mission
We strive to make sure each and every LGBTQIA+ person on the planet gets equal rights.
Our vision is to be earth’s most human LGBTQIA+ Initiative, we fight for each of our refugees and make sure they get to a safe haven.
Our values are : Rights for every human, Responsibility for each action, Amplifying Voices, Planning before Action, Building a Safe Community.
We differ from others in our approach. We are refugee-centric with every decision and step we take towards our goals. We take pride in that.
What do we offer?
- Helping Refugees in need by financing and supporting them fully or in-part through-out their whole journey to safety (transportation, stay, food, legal advice, medication, fundraise and other necessities)
In future or partially:
- Adaptation and Education for refugees already in safe countries (we provide info on how to apply for assistance, proper paperwork, get the job, go to language courses and other related goals)
- Building and Sponsorship of existing Safespaces in countries of safety and buffer countries
- Platform for cultural exchange and celebration We create a space where refugees can bring and share their culture, we embrace and help them share the culture. Making sure everyone is included. From art to music and beyond. (specifically BIPOC culture and culture of countries/areas that were a victim of cultural imperialism)
